Business Problem — IPL Sports Analytics

Company Context

PlayPredict is a fantasy cricket platform with 2 million users. During the IPL season, users build virtual teams of real players and earn points based on real-match performance. Users who win consistently stay engaged and spend more; users who lose churn.

The problem: Most casual users pick players based on fame, not form. They lose, get frustrated, and leave. PlayPredict wants to build an "analytics insights" feature that gives users data-driven guidance — without making them statisticians.

You've been asked to analyse historical IPL data and build the analytics engine behind features like "Player Form Index," "Matchup Advantage," and "Venue Specialist."
